On February 1st, the list of candidates for the winning bid of the 300MW in the first section of the "490,000-kilowatt photovoltaic desert control" EPC project (2025) of Shaya County Qindian Investment New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Daqin Electric Power (Kunming) Group Co., Ltd., was publicly announced. The tenderer of the project is Shaya County Qindian Investment New Energy Co., Ltd.
