[MIIT: China's Comprehensive Utilization of Retired NEV Power Batteries in 2025 Increased by 32.9% YoY] The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held a press conference today to introduce the relevant details of the "Interim Measures for the Management of Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization of Retired New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries." Wang Peng, Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization at the MIIT, stated that in 2025, China's comprehensive utilization of retired NEV power batteries exceeded 400,000 mt, up 32.9% YoY, with key enterprises achieving internationally advanced levels in the recovery rates of metals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel.

Dynanonic plans to add 200,000 tpy phosphate material capacity
