On December 31, it was announced that Shenzhen will fully launch its old-for-new replacement program on January 1, 2026. The program includes subsidies for vehicle scrapping and replacement, as well as the replacement of six categories of home appliances and four categories of digital products.
For vehicle scrapping and replacement, the maximum subsidy for new energy vehicles is ¥20,000, while for fuel vehicles it is ¥15,000. For the exchange purchase of new energy passenger vehicles, the maximum subsidy is ¥15,000, and for fuel passenger vehicles, it is ¥13,000.
For the six categories of home appliances, a subsidy of 15% of the product's sales price will be provided. Each consumer is eligible for one subsidized item per category, with a maximum subsidy of ¥1,500 per item.
For the four categories of digital and smart products, a subsidy of 15% of the product's sales price will be granted. Each consumer can claim one subsidized item per category, with a cap of ¥500 per item.
