SHFE Announces Adjustments to Alumina Futures Delivery Warehouses and Regional Premiums

On December 26, SHFE issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with the "SHFE Delivery Warehouse Management Measures" and other relevant regulations, the following decisions were made after deliberation:

1. Approved the increase in the approved capacity of the alumina futures delivery warehouse operated by Zhongjiang Logistics Co., Ltd., located at the Railway Station Logistics Park, Sangong Town, Changji City, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang (No. 3 Zhongjiang, X131, Changji City, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang), from 100,000 mt to 150,000 mt.

2. Approved the increase in the approved capacity of the alumina futures delivery warehouse operated by Guangdong Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., located at No. 3 Huancheng South Road, Cainan Industrial Park, Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, from 100,000 mt to 150,000 mt.

3. Approved the addition of a warehouse operated by Zhongwuliu (Urumqi) Logistics Co., Ltd., located at No. 515 Xiangyun Middle Street, Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe District), Urumqi, Xinjiang, as an alumina storage point, with an approved capacity of 50,000 mt.

4. The regional premium for the above storage points was set at 380 yuan/mt and will be adjusted to a premium of 300 yuan/mt starting from March 4, 2026.

5. These changes took effect from the date of the announcement.
