SMM: December Copper Rod Output to Drop, Operating Rates Decline MoM & YoY

[SMM Copper Rod Express] SMM expects total copper rod production in December to decrease by 45,000 mt MoM to 1 million mt. In terms of operating rates, the operating rate of copper cathode rod enterprises was 65.07%, down 1.58 percentage points MoM and down 7.53 percentage points YoY; the operating rate of secondary copper rod enterprises was 19.61%, down 4.23 percentage points MoM and down 16.73 percentage points YoY.
