Published: Dec 5, 2025 09:25
Lopal announced that its controlled subsidiary, Liyuan (Asia Pacific), has signed a long-term procurement agreement with Sunwoda. The agreement stipulates that Liyuan (Asia Pacific) is expected to sell a total of 106,800 tons of LFP cathode material to Sunwoda from 2026 to 2030, with minimum procurement volumes and maximum supply quantities specified. Both parties have agreed to recalibrate the demand metrics every two years, with the adjusted demand not falling below the annual minimum procurement volume already stipulated in the agreement. Based on the estimated quantities and market prices, the total sales value of the contract is approximately RMB4.5–5.5 billion (final settlement will be based on actual sales orders).
