[SMM Express] Recently, at the 2025 Ningbo Die Casting Industry Peak Forum, Lijin Group introduced its independently developed EPRESS series new generation intelligent cold chamber die casting unit. This unit integrates high-precision control, high dynamic performance, and green energy-saving design. The EPRESS series adopts a distributed IO control architecture and a dual closed-loop real-time control system, enabling millisecond-level dynamic response and adaptive process control. Equipped with intelligent mold clamping force control and mold surface cladding hardening technology, the series significantly enhances mold durability and molding stability. With a maximum system pressure of 210 bar, it meets the molding requirements of high-density, complex structural components. Additionally, the series features modular and highly compatible designs, allowing synergistic application with Lijin's self-developed TPI semi-solid forming technology. It excels in safety, energy efficiency, and flexible manufacturing, providing customers with more efficient and reliable intelligent die casting solutions.

On March 26, Dianjiang County held a signing event for investment promotion projects in Q1 2026, with a total of 28 projects signed and an agreed amount of 8.12 billion yuan. Among them, the project for the annual production of 50,000 mt of secondary aluminum and aluminum products processing planned to build 10 production lines for aluminum smelting and deep processing. After completion and commissioning, it could achieve an annual output value of 1.25 billion yuan and tax revenue of more than 10 million yuan.
