PT Timah Upgrades Line, Boosts High-End Alumina R&D and Sales

PT Timah New Materials released its investor relations activity record. To advance the R&D and industrialisation of high-end products, including low-alpha spherical alumina, the company upgraded its small-scale, high-end electronic-grade production line, enabling more precise control. The debugging of this production line has been completed and put into use. As of now, this line has generated order revenue for high-end spherical alumina powder, and its capacity utilization rate is gradually increasing. Due to characteristics such as a long validation cycle and high customization requirements, low-alpha spherical alumina powder is still under validation. However, the company has applied the self-developed innovative technologies from the development process of low-alpha spherical alumina products to the R&D of other high-end spherical alumina powders, forming a series of products, all of which are simultaneously advancing and undergoing customer validation.
