Baowu Magnesium to Publicly Transfer 40% Stake in Subsidiary Yian Yunhai at No Less Than 116 Million Yuan

Recently, Baowu Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baowu Magnesium") announced its intention to publicly transfer a 40% equity stake in its partially-owned subsidiary, Chaohu Yian Yunhai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yian Yunhai"), through a public listing, with the listing price not less than approximately 116 million yuan.

Baowu Magnesium is a publicly listed firm under China Baowu Steel Group. Its predecessor, Yunhai Metal Group, was established in 1993 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007. After more than three decades of development, the company has grown into a high-tech enterprise integrating mine mining, non-ferrous metal smelting, and processing, committed to becoming a global leader in the magnesium industry. Baowu Magnesium operates 14 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 4 partially-owned companies across the country, with its products widely applied in aerospace, major transportation, NEVs, green building, consumer electronics, and new infrastructure sectors. As a global leader in lightweight metal materials, the company possesses comprehensive capabilities in product R&D and manufacturing. Its market share in magnesium and magnesium alloy products leads globally, forming a complete magnesium industry chain encompassing "dolomite mining—primary magnesium smelting—magnesium alloy melting—magnesium alloy processing—magnesium alloy recycling."
