[SMM Titanium Express] Japan's Mitsui invests A$15M in Australia's RZ Resources for up to 5% stake in Copi mineral sands project, targeting rutile, ilmenite and zircon production. The move strengthens Japan's critical mineral supply chain diversification from China, following JX Advanced Metals' earlier partnership with the US/Australian export credit-backed project.
