ChangXin Memory Technologies Announces Mass Production of LPDDR5X Products

According to CXMT's official website, in October 2025, the company shared the latest progress of its LPDDR5X products at the IEEE 2025 ASICON conference. CXMT's current LPDDR5X product lineup includes dies, chips, and modules. The die offerings are available in 12 Gb and 16 Gb densities. Chip solutions cover multiple capacities, including 12 GB, 16 GB, and 24 GB. The LPCAMM modules come in 16 GB and 32 GB capacities. The LPDDR5X products support data rates of 8,533 Mbps, 9,600 Mbps, and 10,677 Mbps, while maintaining compatibility with LPDDR5. The 8,533 Mbps and 9,600 Mbps LPDDR5X products entered mass production in May this year, and the 10,677 Mbps version has begun sampling to customers.
