Energy Fuels Produces 99.9% Pure Dysprosium Oxide, Ramps Up Production

Energy Fuels announced that it has successfully produced the first kilogram of dysprosium oxide with a purity of 99.9%, far exceeding the commercial specification of 99.5%, at its White Mesa plant in Utah, and is expected to continue production at a rate of 2 kg per week. The raw material for the plant comes from monazite mined in Florida and Georgia, US. Several magnet manufacturers and automakers are reviewing samples to expedite the verification process.
