T1Energy Signs Deal with Corning Inc. for Domestic Polysilicon and Wafers Supply

Recently, U.S. solar manufacturer T1Energy has signed a cooperation agreement with Corning Inc., a newly emerging silicon material manufacturer and materials giant, to procure domestically produced polysilicon and wafers in the United States.

T1Energy stated that this agreement marks a ‘milestone’ for the U.S. solar industry, signifying the establishment of a fully domestically produced silicon material supply chain in the United States.

Indonesia] Right now, HRC for SAE1006 grade steel coils from Indonesia mills decreases again by 1 USD/tonne. Previously. the price dropped 3-5 USD/tonne. Right now, some of the buyers offer 510 USD/tonne CFR Vietnam as the benchmark, but the price is 509 USD/tonne CFR Vietnam. This happen as usual due to the sluggish demand from Vietnam which are not recovered, so they kept lowering the price. Beside that, the buyers also waiting for the Hoa Phat price which might be updated by the mills soon, that’s why other mills are lowering the price as they possible as they can.
