ICBC Sichuan Branch Launches Tender for Scrap Lead-Acid Battery Recycling with Hazardous Waste License Requirement

[Flash News] Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Sichuan Branch, has launched an open tender for the unified concentrated procurement project for the recycling and disposal of scrap lead-acid batteries. Among the requirements, bidders must possess a "Hazardous Waste Business License" issued by the environmental protection department, with approved business operations including collection, storage, and utilization. The approved business category must include HW31900-052-31 (waste lead-acid battery). The deadline for tender submission is July 3.
