Quzhou Offers Maximum Subsidy of RMB 200,000 for Home Purchases by Families with Multiple Children

[Quzhou, Zhejiang: Implementing Subsidies for Improved Home Purchases for Families with Multiple Children, with a Maximum Subsidy of 200,000 yuan Available] The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Quzhou City, the Finance Bureau of Quzhou City, and the Health Commission of Quzhou City in Zhejiang Province jointly issued the "Notice on Several Measures to Further Promote the Steady and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market" on June 16. The notice mentions the implementation of subsidies for improved home purchases for families with multiple children. Starting from June 20, 2025, families with multiple children purchasing newly built commercial residential properties in the urban area (projects that have obtained their pre-sale permits for the first time since 2021) can enjoy subsidies for improved home purchases. Specifically, families with two children who have signed a "Zhejiang Province Commercial Housing Sales Contract" for a residential property with a building area of 100 m² or more can apply for a subsidy of 80,000 yuan. Families with three children who have signed a "Zhejiang Province Commercial Housing Sales Contract" for a residential property with a building area of 120 m² or more can apply for a subsidy of 200,000 yuan.
