[Accelerating the Issuance of Special Bonds for Land Reserves to Help Stabilize the Housing Market] According to monitoring by institutions, as of May 20, since the beginning of this year, various regions have announced plans to use special bonds to repurchase nearly 3,000 plots of idle land in stock, with a total area exceeding 133 million m². Experts believe that using special bonds to repurchase eligible idle land in stock helps improve the market supply-demand relationship and stabilize the real estate market.
