[Announcement on Approval Decision of Qian'an Huiquan Iron Mine's Iron Ore Concentrates Production Project]

On May 12, 2025, the Tangshan Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau issued an announcement stating:

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the examination and approval procedures for environmental impact assessments of construction projects, after deliberation, our bureau has made an approval decision on this project. The approval decision is now being made public.

Notification of Rights for Administrative Reconsideration and Administrative Litigation: Citizens, legal persons, or other organizations that believe the approval of the environmental impact assessment or the decision on the acceptance of environmental protection for the completion of the construction project, as announced, infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests may file an administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of the expiration of the announcement period, or they may initiate an administrative lawsuit within three months from the date of the expiration of the announcement period.


The iron ore concentrates production project of Huiquan Iron Mine Co., Ltd. in Qian'an City is located within the existing factory premises in the west of Sangangwan Village, Zhaodianzi Town, Qian'an City, Tangshan City. The total investment is estimated to be 12 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 850,000 yuan. It processes 360,000 mt of iron ore annually and produces 270,000 mt of iron ore concentrates per year.
