Yichang High-tech Zone Aims for 60 Billion Yuan Output with Silicon Carbon Anode Industrial Park

Yingui (Ningbo) Technology Co., Ltd. has invested in the construction of a project to produce 2,000 mt of new silicon carbon anode materials annually.
The relevant person in charge of Yichang High-tech Zone stated that currently, the zone has formed an integrated industry chain layout of "silane gas—silicon carbon anode—new energy battery". Upstream raw materials do not need to leave the zone, and the downstream market is right at the "doorstep". Enterprises within the zone can procure materials nearby, reducing logistics and production costs. By 2030, the annual production capacity of silicon carbon anode materials in the high-tech zone will reach 150,000 to 200,000 mt, with an output value scale of 60 billion yuan and additional tax revenue exceeding 3 billion yuan.
