【SMM Flash News】The operating rate of primary lead in three provinces increased by 2.98 percentage points to 66.23% WoW (April 19, 2025 - April 25, 2025). The main increase was driven by the resumption of production at smelters in Henan province, which had previously undergone partial maintenance and production cuts.
