Published: Apr 6, 2025 23:53
Xinfa's 550,000 mt aluminum project is located in the Bingzhun Industrial Park. The total investment of the project is 5 billion yuan, adopting the most advanced 600kA electrolysis technology in China, and designed according to the "near-zero emission" standard. The main part of the project mainly includes the electrolysis workshop (newly built 600KA × 336 prebaked anode electrolytic cells), anode assembly workshop, casting workshop, and ladle cleaning workshop. The auxiliary projects include the cathode assembly workshop, carbon slag treatment workshop, laboratory, and comprehensive maintenance workshop. The storage and transportation projects include the alumina and fluoride salt auxiliary material storage and transportation system, aluminum ingot storage yard, and comprehensive warehouse. The public utilities include power supply, heating, and water supply and drainage systems. The environmental protection projects mainly include waste gas treatment facilities, solid waste treatment facilities, etc., with the wastewater treatment facilities relying on the 300,000 mt/year carbon project in the Bingtuan Zhundong Industrial Park.
