II. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The applicant must be an independent legal entity within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. The applicant must not be listed as a dishonest person subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website or any level of credit information sharing platform.
3. This tender requires the bidder to possess a labor dispatch license.
4. This tender requires the bidder to have similar production maintenance performance in the metallurgical industry within the past two years.
5. This tender requires the on-site supervisor and safety management personnel to have obtained a certificate of qualification for safety production knowledge and management capability.
6. This tender does not accept joint bids.
7. This procurement accepts producers.

III. Registration Method
