Weidmann to Build New Transformerboard Plant in China with $220M Global Capacity Investment

Recently, Weidmann, the global leader in transformer insulation solutions, announced that it will build a new Transformerboard production plant in China, covering an area of 38,000 m², with completion expected in H2 2026. This investment brings the group's total global capacity investments over the past 12 months to more than $220 million.
