Aluminum Scrap Daily Review: Aluminum Prices Fluctuate Downward, Scrap Aluminum Generally Declines Primary aluminum spot prices fell 130 yuan/mt from the previous trading day, with SMM A00 spot closing at 20,660 yuan/mt. The scrap aluminum market fluctuated downward today, with downstream buyers maintaining purchasing as needed. Baled UBC scrap aluminum prices dropped 0-100 yuan/mt to 15,250-16,050 yuan/mt (excluding tax), and shredded aluminum tense scrap prices ranged from 16,450-17,450 yuan/mt (excluding tax).

SMM Mar 24 News: Spot aluminum prices fell 130 yuan/mt from the previous trading day, with SMM A00 spot closing at 20,660 yuan/mt. The aluminum scrap market fluctuated downward today, and downstream buyers continued to purchase as needed. Baled UBC prices dropped by 0-100 yuan/mt to 15,250-16,050 yuan/mt (excluding tax), while shredded aluminum tense scrap was mainly quoted at 16,450-17,450 yuan/mt (excluding tax). Currently, aluminum scrap traders are relatively active in selling, but downstream orders remain insufficient. With aluminum prices fluctuating at high levels, downstream buyers mainly purchase as needed, showing low interest in stockpiling.
