SMM 21 Mar Update: As of March 21, 2025, finished product inventories of secondary lead smelters were 9,040 mt, an increase of 300 mt WoW. This week, secondary lead production increased, and at the same time, imported lead ingots arrived in batches, providing more options for downstream battery producers. In the latter half of the week, due to a decline in lead prices, secondary lead smelters widened their discount offers to promote sales, and some downstream enterprises restocked on a need basis at lower prices.
