Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 12, Yoocar Technology announced it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State Cloud in February to jointly advance intelligent connectivity, autonomous driving, and computing infrastructure. Their partnership will be centered around 5G, cloud, and AI technologies, aiming to drive innovation and large-scale applications in the smart vehicle industry.

State Cloud, a cloud computing subsidiary of China Telecom, operates a nationwide computing infrastructure with a self-developed cloud platform that provides secure and reliable services. Yoocar Technology, a V2X solution provider, serves over 10 million vehicles.

The collaboration will integrate State Cloud's computing and security capabilities with Yoocar's AI-driven connected vehicle technologies to establish an intelligent computing ecosystem spanning terminals, management, cloud, and edge computing. Both companies aim to expand the smart vehicle industry's technological applications to sectors such as robotics and low-altitude transportation, enabling a full-chain upgrade from R&D to commercialization.

A key initiative is the joint development of an intelligent vehicle computing cloud platform, leveraging State Cloud's computing resources and Yoocar's "Aoyun" toolchain to provide automakers with a one-stop solution for data collection, model training, and simulation verification. Additionally, the partners will expand into global markets by combining State Cloud's overseas infrastructure with Yoocar's international presence, delivering China-made connected vehicle solutions worldwide.

The collaboration will also focus on optimizing domestic computing infrastructure by enhancing the compatibility of domestic chips with cloud platforms to create a fully autonomous smart computing center. This initiative will ensure data security and supply chain stability through State Cloud's national cloud security framework.

Moreover, the integration of State Cloud's distributed intelligent cloud architecture with Yoocar's edge computing technology will enable low-latency, high-reliability data processing for applications such as Robotaxi, embodied AI, low-altitude mobility, and intelligent manufacturing. The partners will also introduce DeepSeek AI large model to enhance in-car user interaction and semantic understanding, boosting the value of vehicle services.
