FAW Group, China Telecom sign agreement to deepen strategic cooperation

On March 10, FAW Group and China Telecom signed an agreement in Beijing to strengthen their strategic collaboration. Under this new phase of partnership, the two companies will work together across multiple areas, including autonomous driving, V2X (vehicle-to-everything) services, basic internet services, AI computing power development and applications, international business, industrial investment, and brand innovation. By leveraging their respective strengths, FAW Group and China Telecom aim to jointly build an intelligent, connected, and digitalized automotive ecosystem.

Geely brand launches global-oriented all-electric SUV EX5 in Australia, New Zealand

On March 11, 2025 local time, Geely brand introduced its global-oriented all-electric SUV, the Geely EX5 (namely, the Geely Galaxy E5 in China), to the Australian and New Zealand markets, while launching its new overseas user brand, "GEELY·GO", according to a post on Geely Auto Group's WeChat account.

ECARX sees 18% YoY growth in 2024 annual revenue

In Q4 2024, ECARX achieved revenue of 1.94 billion yuan, marking a 4% year-on-year increase. Non-GAAP profit reached 74.4 million yuan, with a gross margin of 21%. For the full year, ECARX recorded total revenue of 5.56 billion yuan, an 18% increase from the previous year.
