Another Region Suspends Filing for Distributed PV Projects
On March 6, the Development and Reform Commission of Anyang County, Henan Province, issued an announcement regarding the special rectification of the PV market.
The announcement stated that, in order to prevent and address issues such as false declarations by PV project companies in Anyang County, unfair competition, malicious capacity hoarding, and chaotic personnel management, as well as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the public and promote the healthy and orderly development of the PV industry, the county has decided to carry out a special rectification of the PV market across the entire county.
From March 6, 2025, to June 5, 2025, a three-month special rectification of the PV market in Anyang County will be conducted. During the rectification period, the filing of PV projects will be suspended. After the rectification is completed, the filing of PV projects will be reopened in an orderly manner.
