Beijing (Gasgoo)- CATL's subsidiary, Suzhou Times Xin'an Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Synland), recently introduced the Kunshi Chassis (name in Chinese pinyin) commercial vehicle ecosystem solution, targeting high-efficiency logistics operations. Designed for the light-duty truck sector, the solution offers extended range, long-term warranty, fast charging, and enhanced payload capacity.

Amid the rapid growth of the new energy light-duty truck market, key challenges such as high highway energy consumption, limited range, and overweight battery packs affecting cargo efficiency persist. Synland's Kunshi Chassis employs an innovative "1+3+1" architecture, incorporating the Qiankun framework, Tianqing powertrain ("Qiankun" and "Tianqing" in Chinese pinyin), and multi-source heat pump intelligent thermal management, improving range by 20%.

The Kunshi 140E version delivers battery performance comparable to industry-standard 168kWh packs while ensuring long-term operational efficiency with an extended warranty for core components.

At the launch event, Synland secured strategic development agreements with OEMs such as FAW Jiefang, Shaanxi Automobile, and Qingling Motors. Additionally, over 16,000 units of the product were ordered through partnerships with leasing and logistics firms, including DST Car Rental and more.
