[Orient Electric Heating: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Signs Purchase and Sales Contract for Pre-Nickel-Plated Materials] Orient Electric Heating announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Orient Jiutian New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., has signed a purchase and sales contract with a renowned domestic precision structural parts producer and Letong Precision Components (Chuzhou) Co., Ltd. to produce a total of 100 mt of pre-nickel-plated steel strips. Orient Jiutian will produce 50 mt of pre-nickel-plated steel strips for the renowned domestic precision structural parts producer, with delivery scheduled for March 31, 2025, and 50 mt of pre-nickel-plated steel strips for Letong Precision Components (Chuzhou) Co., Ltd., with delivery scheduled for April 15, 2025. This contract represents the company's first mass production contract for pre-nickel-plated materials used in power batteries, signifying customer recognition of the company's R&D and manufacturing capabilities in pre-nickel-plated materials.
