**[SMM Analysis]**: According to SMM survey data, the operating rate of copper tube enterprises in October was 72.51%, representing a month-on-month increase of 7.16 percentage points and a year-on-year increase of 4.11 percentage points. (The survey included 23 samples with a total sample capacity of 2.51 million tonnes.)
