Shanghai (Gasgoo)- GAC AION's premium electric vehicle brand, HYPTEC, officially put the HT 670 model's Advanced Intelligent Driving Edition onto the market on Oct. 16, priced at 229,900 yuan.

This new vehicle is built on the foundation of the HYPTEC HT 670 High Voltage Edition but comes with upgraded intelligent driving features and refined exterior and interior color schemes. The price remains unchanged.

In terms of design, the new vehicle retains the same exterior as the versions launched earlier. The front features a closed-off grille with sharp contour lines that give the front a more structured look. The headlights have been darkened, with integrated lenses adding a sharp, aggressive touch. Raised lines on both sides of the hood enhance its muscular appearance.

From the side, the fresh vehicle sports a sleek, coupe-like design with a sloping roof, rounded lines, and a distinct sporty SUV flair. The segmented waistline adds depth to the vehicle's profile, while pop-out door handles reduce drag. The muscular lines around the wheel arches and side skirts add to the athletic aesthetic. The multi-spoke blacked-out wheels further enhance its sporty vibe.

At the rear, the model is equipped with a large spoiler atop the trunk and a blackened taillight bar that stretches across the width. The license plate frame is recessed, adding dimensionality to the rear design. The lower section features a dynamic diffuser-style bumper with flat fog lights integrated on both sides.

The vehicle measures 4,935 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width, and 1,700 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,935 mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large five-seat SUV.

It is available in three exterior colors: Phantom Blue, Quantum Red, and Champagne Pink.

Inside, the HYPTEC HT 670 Advanced Intelligent Driving Edition maintains the brand's signature design, featuring a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a floating full-LCD instrument panel, a floating central control screen, and an electronic gear shifter. The dashboard has a layered design, and the center console includes a wireless charging pad, adding to the vehicle's technological appeal.

The new edition is equipped with the upgraded 5R11V intelligent driving solution, which, paired with the ADiGO PILOT system, supports highway NDA (navigation driving assist) and automated parking.

In terms of power, the new vehicle is powered by the same electric motor, delivering a maximum output of 250 kW and peak torque of 430 N·m, enabling a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.8 seconds. It is equipped with an 80 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, offering a CLTC range of 672 km. It also supports 800V fast charging, enabling a charge from 30% to 80% of its battery capacity in just 15 minutes.
