[SMM Survey: Production Rebounds from a Low Base, Central China's Building Materials Industry May Resume Production in the Next Period] During the survey period (August 27th - September 2nd), the weekly production of steel plants in central China increased for rebar but decreased for wire rod, with total inventory slightly accumulating; multiple steel plants still have plans to resume production in the next period, and total output will continue to increase.
