FORVIA HELLA achieves production of 48V battery management system in China

FORVIA HELLA has successfully commenced the global production of its 48V Battery Management System in China. Integrated into 48V lithium battery packs by a leading Chinese battery supplier, the system has been delivered to a well-known European automaker. The production began in April at FORVIA HELLA’s electronics plant in Shanghai.

Baojun Yunhai rolls off line, starting presale at 121,800 yuan

The new compact SUV under SAIC-GM-Wuling’s Baojun brand, the Yunhai, recently rolled off the production line at the automaker’s LIM factory with smart assembly islands. Available in both plug-in hybrid and all-electric versions, the model’s presale prices range from 121,800 yuan to 145,800 yuan. The Yunhai’s official market launch is scheduled for September.
