Domestic Motorcycle Production and Sales Rise in July, Led by Gasoline Models

[Domestic gasoline motorcycle production and sales both increased month-on-month and year-on-year in July] According to data from the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce, in July, the entire industry produced and sold 1.5047 million and 0.4856 million gasoline motorcycles, with production increasing by 1.41% month-on-month, sales decreasing by 0.3% month-on-month, and increasing by 14.6% and 14.72% year-on-year, respectively. According to incomplete statistics from the chamber of commerce, 0.325 million and 0.3454 million electric motorcycles were produced and sold, representing month-on-month increases of 9.24% and 11.33%, respectively, and year-on-year decreases of 17.98% and 7.12%, respectively. In July, a total of 1.8298 million and 1.8309 million motorcycles were produced and sold, up 2.72% and 1.71% month-on-month, and up 7.05% and 9.85% year-on-year, respectively.
