[Huayou Cobalt Industry: The Competitive Advantage of Ternary Cathode Materials Further Emerges] Huayou Cobalt Industry stated on the investor interaction platform on July 12 that ternary lithium batteries adopt ternary materials as cathode materials, which can provide electric vehicles with higher driving range, faster charging speed, stronger power output, and better low-temperature performance. In addition, the proportion of metal raw materials with higher value such as nickel, cobalt, and lithium in ternary cathode materials is relatively high, making them have higher resource recycling value. As the prices of nickel, cobalt, and lithium fall and maintain low-level fluctuations, the competitive advantage of ternary cathode materials is further highlighted.
