[Nanjing Public Utilities: Signing a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Ganfeng Lithium Industry and Nanjing Environmental Group] Nanjing Public Utilities announced that the company has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Ganfeng Lithium Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Environmental Group Co., Ltd. recently, aiming to carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as waste battery recycling and lithium battery applications based on the principles of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit, sharing of achievements, and seeking common development." The three parties intend to establish a joint venture with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, in which Party A or its controlling entity will hold 35% of the shares, Party B or its controlling entity will hold 35% of the shares, and Party C or its controlling entity will hold 30% of the shares. The joint venture plans to invest in the construction of a 300,000-ton waste battery recycling base in Jiangsu Province.
