Beijing (Gasgoo)- At the Huawei Developer Conference 2024, Great Wall Motor (GWM) and Huawei signed the HUAWEI HiCar Integration Development Agreement. This collaboration highlights a deep technical partnership between the two companies and their shared vision of enhancing future intelligent mobility experiences.

According to the agreement, GWM will be among the first automotive companies to receive HUAWEI HiCar's source code, development tools, and other in-depth resources. This access will significantly enhance GWM's capability in autonomous development for smartphone-car connectivity products and provide robust technical support for rapid iteration of more intelligent automotive products.

By sharing resources and technical expertise, HUAWEI HiCar's products will be integrated across multiple GWM models, accelerating seamless adaptation from single model to entire vehicle lineups. This will enhance the breadth and depth of compatibility, continuously improving the in-car intelligent experience for users. Additionally, the teams will explore product upgrades and develop cutting-edge capabilities, enriching the driving experience and transforming car connectivity into genuine intelligent collaboration.

Looking ahead, GWM and Huawei plan to share successful case studies from their collaboration with the industry, promoting joint development in the car connectivity sector and advancing intelligent mobility solutions.

At the HUAWEI HiCar Smart Mobility Summit, GWM showcased its third-generation intelligent space system, Coffee OS 3, a result of deep collaboration with Huawei and other partners. The system, based on the concept of "AI Intelligent Space," aims to revolutionize the smart cockpit with AI. Coffee OS 3 creates a comprehensive intelligent cockpit ecosystem, featuring the industry's richest car connectivity ecosystem—Coffee Link. It also includes a diverse application store and mini-program system, allowing users to choose from a vast array of applications, with mini-programs available for immediate use, offering a driving experience that surpasses traditional comfort.
