Ganfeng Lithium Takes Over 60% Stake in Inner Mongolia AnDa, AnDa Technology Pulls Out of Lithium Iron Phosphate Project

【AnDa Withdraws from the Lithium Iron Phosphate Project in Inner Mongolia】On the evening of May 9th, both Ganfeng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. and AnDa Technology announced that they had signed an agreement recently, according to which AnDa Technology would transfer 60% of the equity in AnDa New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Inner Mongolia AnDa) held by it to Ganfeng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. for a transaction price of 1 yuan. AnDa Technology will no longer hold the equity of Inner Mongolia AnDa, and Ganfeng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. will become the sole shareholder of the company.
