Xi'an Announces Work Plan for Enhanced Air Pollution Control, Focusing on Power Dispatching and Distributed Photovoltaic Development

The People's Government of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province has issued the Work Plan for the Special Action on Air Pollution Control in 2024 (Municipal Government Office Letter [2024] No. 25), which explicitly states that it will actively coordinate with the provincial development and reform commission to increase support for Xi'an in power dispatching and raise the proportion of external power allocation. In addition, it will work with the State Grid Corporation to conduct a statistics on the distributed photovoltaic grid-connected resources in Xi'an and guide all districts and counties to promote the healthy development of distributed photovoltaics in an orderly manner based on the grid conditions and roof resources.
