Beijing (Gasgoo)- On March 15, Chinese new energy vehicle maker Leapmotor and Huawei held a signing ceremony for their collaboration, announcing the development of the Leapmotor native app based on the HarmonyOS NEXT.

This initiative aims to provide Leapmotor users with a smarter and more convenient driving experience through the Leapmotor app.

The partnership between Leapmotor and Huawei marks the beginning of a deeper collaboration in areas such as the HarmonyOS ecosystem, technological complementarity, and mutual commercial benefits.

For smart electric vehicles, a diverse and interconnected ecosystem is essential for a personalized and comprehensive experience. Currently, Leapmotor's C-series vehicle models are all equipped with the automaker’s Four-leaf Clover central integrated electrical and electronic architecture, delivering a more intelligent, user-friendly, and convenient driving experience.

Leveraging the advantages of the HarmonyOS NEXT in native connectivity, intelligence, and security, Leapmotor will enhance users' smart experiences in various travel scenarios, ensuring data security and privacy while assisting users in vehicle management, comfortable driving, and enjoying the "car life."

Furthermore, with the HarmonyOS NEXT's one-time development and multi-terminal deployment capability, the Leapmotor app can seamlessly transition between multiple devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets. Through pixel conversion and automatic adaptation at the system level, the app ensures convenient and rapid access to information, vehicle control, and content sharing across different screen specifications, enabling users to browse and interact with ease anytime, anywhere.
