Beijing (Gasgoo)- Chinese autonomous driving solution provider iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("iMotion") officially went public on the mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKEX”) today under the ticker "1274," solidifying its position as the first autonomous driving company listed on the HKEX.

iMotion specializes in R&D of autonomous driving domain controllers. These controllers, critical for tasks ranging from L2 to L5 autonomy, serve as the cognitive hub of autonomous driving solutions. They assimilate and process data from vehicle sensors, making autonomous driving decisions and triggering vehicle actuators.

The company boasts an advanced self-developed stack, showcasing prowess in self-engineered algorithms and collaborative hardware-software designs. Offering two lines of autonomous driving domain controllers—the SuperVision developed in partnership with Mobileye and the independently designed iDC series comprising iDCMid and iDCHigh—iMotion also provides the iFC intelligent forward-facing camera. The company’s solutions cater to diverse vehicular price ranges and driving scenarios, encompassing highways, intersections, complex terrains, rural roads, and parking lots.

A substantial portion of iMotion's revenue arises from selling autonomous driving solutions and products to automakers. It has so far delivered over 100,000 autonomous driving domain controllers. Notably, the company has secured procurement commitments from 14 prominent automakers, including Geely, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Great Wall Motor, Chery, Dongfeng Motor, and Polestar, projecting substantial procurement of autonomous driving domain controllers and iFC products from these partners.
