[15 billion yuan! Jingke Energy transfers 49% equity of energy storage company] On December 8th, Jingke Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jingke Energy Storage Technology, intends to sign a "Equity Transfer Agreement" and a "Forward Equity Acquisition Agreement" with Haining Xinchao Investment Development Co., Ltd., intending to transfer 49% of the equity of its second-tier subsidiary, Zhejiang Jingke Energy Storage Co., Ltd., to Haining Xinchao. Haining Xinchao is obligated to contribute no more than 1.5 billion yuan, of which 490 million yuan will be included in the registered capital, and the excess contribution will be included as a premium in the capital reserve of Zhejiang Jingke Energy Storage. After the transfer is completed, Haining Xinchao will acquire a 49% equity stake in Zhejiang Jingke Energy Storage.
