Beijing (Gasgoo)- Nissan Motor today announced its performance in the Chinese market for November 2023, encompassing passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, achieving a combined monthly sales volume of 74,879 units, marking a 2.2% month-on-month increase.

In the past month, Dongfeng Nissan, including Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands, reported sales of 70,648 units, which edged down 3.58% from the previous month. Meanwhile, Nissan’s light commercial vehicle division, Zhengzhou Nissan, sold 4,231 vehicles in November, representing a 29.55% jump month over month.

In the first eleven months of this year, Nissan's sales in China, combining passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, totaled 694,895 units. 

Shohei Yamazaki, Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Corporation and Chairman of Nissan's China Management Committee, as well as President of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, stated, "Amidst the evolving commercial landscape in China, we launched the new 'Qi DNA+' strategy in November, ensuring sustainable business growth and fulfilling our commitment to the market and consumers."

At the Auto Guangzhou 2023 commenced on November 17, Dongfeng Nissan introduced the PATHFINDER SUV to the Chinese market. Understanding the prevalent desire for spacious vehicles within Chinese families, the PATHFINDER adopts the "Neo Daqi" design concept, blending Oriental aesthetic trends, and embodies a luxurious and imposing image. With dimensions measuring 5,130mm in length, 1,981mm in width, 1,767mm in height, and an extended wheelbase of 2,900mm, it comes with both 6-seater and 7-seater options.
