HRC stocks totalled 3.6041 million mt last week, down 1.41% WoW but up 33.41% YoY.

HRC stocks totalled 3.6041 million mt last week, down 1.41% WoW but up 33.41% YoY. There will be limited room for short-term HRC prices to drop, while end-users will be reluctant to accept high HRC prices. Therefore, there will be question mark on whether inventory keep dropping this week.
