As of October 6, nickel ore arrivals at Chinese ports totaled 1.508 million wmt, up 19% WoW. The weekly arrivals at ports showed a slight increase. The shipping peak is ongoing, and although there are minor fluctuations in the amount of arrivals at the port, the overall volume remains at a high level. In terms of specific ports, the increase in imported nickel ore was mainly concentrated at Lianyun Port, Lanshan Port, and Beihai Port, which was consistent with the main ports that saw increase previous week. With the rainy season nearing, it's likely that cargo arrivals will decline in the fourth quarter.
