The China Photovoltaic Industry Association released a brief overview of the operation of the national photovoltaic manufacturing industry in March 2023.
In terms of segments, in March 2023, the national solar-grade polysilicon output increased by 12.3% month-on-month and 32.3% year-on-year.
The output of silicon wafers increased by 18.0% month-on-month and 20.2% year-on-year, of which the output of monocrystalline silicon wafers accounted for about 98.5%.
The output of solar cells increased by 22.3% month-on-month and 44.4% year-on-year, of which the output of monocrystalline solar cells accounted for about 98.0%.
The output of solar modules increased by 14.5% month-on-month and 76.4% year-on-year, of which the output of monocrystalline solar modules accounted for about 99.4%.
The output of inverters increased by 30.7% month-on-month and 95.8% year-on-year.
