SHANGHAI, Apr 14 (SMM) - CAM demand recovered slowly in March. Demand from the overseas power battery sector declined in the month. Although car sales in China rose in March, it still failed to turbocharge CAM demand. The energy storage sector mainly held a wait-and-see sentiment amid the crashing lithium battery raw material prices, and many companies postponed the pick-up of cargoes for the possible price decline in battery cells, resulting in poor demand for NMC and LFP materials.
