National Development and Reform Commission: More than 210 Billion Yuan Involved to Benefit Enterprises

It was learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other departments have launched a special campaign to rectify illegal charges involving enterprises across the country since June 2022. Up to now, it has promoted the implementation of relevant enterprise-friendly policies involving more than 210 billion yuan, involving transportation and logistics, water, electricity, heating, local finance, finance and other fields. In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments to closely combine the rectification of illegal charges involving enterprises with optimising the business environment, implementing policies to help enterprises bail out, and stimulating market vitality, to promote the establishment and improvement of a long-term regulatory mechanism, focus on areas where there are many and strong responses from market players, carry out special inspections, and maintain a high-pressure situation of investigating and punishing illegal fees charged by companies.
