Jinling Mining’s Production Resumption is Underway

After a five-month closure, Jinling mining under Zhongfu Industrial is about to resume its production. The resumption of production will help to reduce coal procurement costs for thermal power generation business and thus cut the costs for aluminium products, though the specific impact cannot be determined yet. Resumption of other shutdown subsidiaries has not yet been determined, said a person in charge.

Data show that the coal mining capacity of Zhongfu Industrial is 2.25 million mt/year, and 1.2 million/mt of them comes from Jinling mining, accounting for over 50% of the total capacity.
