Dalat Banner Hydrogen Energy Storage Project Finishes Filing Change

Published: Feb 12, 2026 13:51
【SMM Hydrogen Energy Flash】On February 9, Inner Mongolia Hydrogen Power completed the filing change for its Dalat Banner grid-side (incremental distribution network) independent energy storage demo project.
With a total investment of RMB 153.332 million (RMB 45.9996 million self-funded, RMB 107.3324 million bank loan), the project adopts a pure hydrogen storage solution with a capacity of 2MW/4MW.

It is equipped with 12 sets of 1,000Nm³ alkaline electrolysers, 2 sets of 1MW hydrogen fuel cell systems (each with 16×100kW PEM modules), and a 90,000Nm³ storage system (3×2,000m³, 1.6MPa spherical tanks). Each electrolyser includes a body, purification unit, gas-liquid separator and power control system.

Hubei's First Kiloton-Level Sodium-Ion Battery Cathode Material Pilot Line Starts Operation
Recently, Hubei Province's first kiloton-level sodium-ion battery composite cathode material pilot line officially commenced operations at Yingcheng Shuanghuan Technology, with the first batch of products successfully rolling off the line. The project, with an investment of nearly 45 million yuan, began construction in July 2025 and has now established a "four-dimensional verification field" covering technical feasibility, reliability, safety, and cost controllability. The sodium-ion battery composite cathode material developed by Shuanghuan Technology features significantly lower residual alkali content than the industry benchmark, and its discharge specific capacity ranks among the advanced levels of similar products. A 48V30A cylindrical battery equipped with this material achieved a driving range of approximately 100 kilometers in two-wheeler tests, significantly outperforming lead-acid batteries of the same capacity. The material has already been sampled to 18 downstream battery cell clients, with some having completed testing and issued qualified reports. In the next step, Shuanghuan Technology will advance the construction of the sodium-ion battery industrial park and collaborate with industry chain enterprises to promote the large-scale mass production of sodium-ion battery cathode materials and sodium-ion batteries.

Pu'er Dianna Energy's 2 GWh Sodium-ion Battery Line Starts Operations
On February 10, the 2 GWh sodium-ion battery production line project of Pu'er Dianna Energy, a subsidiary of Natrium Innovation Energy, officially commenced operations in the Ning'er District of Pu'er City, Yunnan. With a total fixed asset investment of 800 million yuan, this project is the first sodium-ion battery initiative in Pu'er City. It primarily manufactures sodium-ion battery PACK products and covers businesses such as battery manufacturing, parts sales, and energy storage technology services. Dianna Energy was established in May 2025 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Natrium Innovation Energy. Natrium Innovation Energy is an enterprise formed from the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Founded in Shaoxing in 2018, it was one of the earliest entrants in China's sodium-ion battery industry and has developed a comprehensive product portfolio including layered oxide and polyanion cathode materials, electrolytes, and functional additives. This commencement marks a substantive step in the capacity layout of sodium-ion batteries in south-west China and adds GWh-level capacity support for the "second wave of industrialisation" of sodium-ion batteries in 2026.
